Visiting the NH or Maine Seacoast? Curious what SUP Yoga is all about? Join an all-levels yoga class with SEAVĀSANĀ and see for yourself. You may even make it a regular thing!

SUP Yoga opens you to a whole new world where you will challenge your body while also relaxing your mind.

This is an all-levels yoga class, which means we teach at a steady, accessible pace, while offering challenges as appropriate. Class concludes with our signature SEAVĀSANĀ guided relaxation.

Drop-in to this 75-minute paddle board yoga class, or book a private experience for your crew tailored to your interests and experience level.

No prior paddleboarding or yoga experience required. Familiarity with on-land yoga is helpful, but not necessary!

Classes are offered both publicly and privately, with schedules changing daily due to the tides.

Requirements

• All participants must know how to swim
• Minors < 16 must weigh at least 80lbs, have a signed Parent/Guardian waiver, and be accompanied by an adult chaperone
• For minors < 14 years of age, please inquire to discuss height/weight requirements
