Experience floating pilates.

We’re thrilled to offer this NEW class led by SEAVASANA Instructor, Kate O’Dowd, who holds multiple certifications including Mat Pilates!

Using grounded, bodyweight exercises, this class will focus on alignment and stability, while building core and glute strength. Class ends with a relaxation in beautiful surroundings.

Wondering how it’s possible to practice Pilates on a paddle board? Just as taking pilates to the reformer adds a deeper layer of balance and focus, consider your SUP a similar tool to hone and challenge your practice!

This is an all-levels class, which means we teach at a steady, accessible pace, while offering challenges as appropriate.

Drop-in to this 90-minute class, or book a private experience for your crew tailored to your experience level.

No prior paddleboarding or pilates experience required. Familiarity with in-studio barre is helpful, but not necessary!

Classes are offered both publicly and privately, with schedules changing daily due to the tides.

Requirements

• All participants must know how to swim
• Minors < 16 must weigh at least 80lbs, have a signed Parent/Guardian waiver, and be accompanied by an adult chaperone
• For minors < 14 years of age, please inquire to discuss height/weight requirements
